RED MEDITERRANEAN SHRIMP
It lives at a depth of about 700 meters where it lets itself be caressed by the strong sea currents that make it pure.The high evaporation of the Mediterranean Sea enriches it with mineral salts giving it that unmistakable and unique flavor in the world.
It is fished n in the deep waters of the western coast of the Mediterranean (between 500 and 1000 meters) with trawls and respecting the environment. It is frozen directly on board, following rigorous standards that thus guarantee a product that keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact.

We use an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which we have bottled for us, with the characteristics of excellence;
An oil obtained from olives di Cerasuola / Nocellara with intense green color, herbaceous scent, flavor of strong personality, persistent; we love to combine it with salads, roasts, meat, fish and cheeses, especially those with a long maturation.
Our oil was awarded the Top 10 Olive Oil Award at the Biofach 2018 in Nuremberg in Germany.



WHITE CALF FROM THE CENTRAL APENNINES IGP
The Protected Geographical Indication, “Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale” is, to date, the only quality mark for fresh beef approved by the European Community for Italy.
The calves certified with the IGP “Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale” brand are subjects born and raised in the farms subjected to controls for verification of compliance with the production regulations; the calves are followed from the first days of life and suckled by the mothers until weaning which takes place at 5 / 6 months of age, subsequently the food base is represented by fodder fresh or preserved from herbaceous crops typical of the breeding area.
Slaughtering is carried out exclusively between 12 and 24 months of age in authorized centers located within the production area.

NECTAR OF CONDIAROMA
GRAPE SUGAR AND WINE VINEGAR
Gelo 33 is a delicious jelly obtained from the wine vinegar that characterizes all the condiments of CondiAroma 33. It has an aromatic and pleasant scent and the same sweet and sour taste of condiments.
This jelly goes well with aged cheeses but also with white and red meats. we use it also with desserts, in particular fresh spooned ones, and with fruit such as figs and pears;

We have oriented ourselves towards a Sicilian reality, demonstrating that high quality cured meats are not found only in Northern Italy; is a reality very attentive to the entire production chain, starting from a correct feeding of livestock, and continuing with the intention of creating traditional products with an eye always towards innovation
